The library is open to people from outside the university community as well.
The old building, which was used as Nagano Prefectural College Junior College Library, and the newly constructed space are connected by a covered walkway. The newly built reading room uses locally sourced timber for the ceiling and bookshelves, creating a warm and inviting space where you can relax and unwind.
If you wish to use the library, please bring your identification with you when you visit. A library card will be issued at the counter.
External users are limited to in-library viewing and photocopying only. A photocopying card, available for purchase at the university co-op, is required for photocopying.
