Application Method
Step 1. Application guidelines and application forms will be sent to the partner school via email.
Step 2. The person in charge at the sending university should submit the Nomination Sheet by email by the specified deadline.

Step 3. Once the student candidates for the exchange program have been selected, share the Application Form link and application documents with them. The link will be sent to the partner university via email along with the application documents. Please upload the required documents and complete the application by the deadline.

Selection Method
Selection will be based on a review of submitted documents. An online interview may be required at a later date.

Important points to note when applying
All application documents must be prepared in either Japanese or English.
Documents written in a language other than English must be accompanied by a Japanese or English translation.
Please double-check your application for any errors or omissions before submitting it.
In particular, we have observed omissions in email addresses and addresses, as well as partial omissions in health certificates.
You will be notified of your admission decision approximately four weeks after the application deadline.
