Clinical Nutrition Management Practice I

This lecture provides an understanding of nutritional screening and assessment, as well as oral nutrition methods, based on the nutritional care process for managing the nutrition of injured, ill, and vulnerable individuals.
Through cooking practice using model menus and other methods, students will acquire skills in nutritional assessment, intervention, and nutritional planning in medical and nursing care facilities.

Public Nutrition Practical Training

This course builds upon what you've learned in public health nutrition, providing you with the specific skills and attitudes needed for clinical practice.
The curriculum focuses on acquiring skills related to dietary surveys, conducting analyses for the purpose of evaluating local populations, and developing health and nutrition plans in the community. Learning takes place through group exercises, presentations, and other activities.

This is a required course for obtaining a Type 1 Nutrition Teacher's License.
In the school nutrition education practical training, students learn the practical skills of a nutrition teacher and conduct research lessons at elementary and junior high schools.
During pre- and post-training sessions, trainees learn about the purpose and significance of their practical training, develop the right mindset, and prepare for lunch service instruction and research lessons.
After the internship, participants share their experiences and analyze their achievements and challenges through a debriefing session.
