Club activities


Club activities enrich university life. Students take the lead in these activities, fostering connections with fellow students and deepening bonds through working towards common goals. In addition to existing clubs from the junior college era, you can also start new clubs.

Registration, renewal, grant application, etc.

In the following cases, you will need to submit the required documents to the Student Support Section of the Student Support Center.

Conference/Event Participation Report and Grant Application Form
A pre-registration form must be submitted when participating in competitions, etc.
After participating, submit a report and grant application.
For expenses such as purchasing items for use in clubs, you can apply for a subsidy from The University of Nagano Supporters Association.
However, there is a budget limit on the amount of the grant, and transportation and food expenses are not covered.
Similarly, a portion of the usage fees for club activities conducted at off-campus facilities will also be subsidized.

Please submit a notification form in advance when conducting a training camp.
Furthermore, if you plan to participate in a competition or other event, please submit a notification in advance and then submit a report afterward.
For regional tournaments (tournaments spanning multiple prefectures) or larger, participation fees and transportation costs may be partially subsidized, so please apply for this subsidy as well.

All application documents should be submitted to the Student Support Section of the Student Support Center.
Documents 01-07 should be submitted via email attachment through your academic advisor.
Documents 10-13 should be submitted directly by the students as appropriate.
