Dormitory Resident Support Program
Based on the concept of Zozan Dormitory, we offer a support program for dormitory residents. The goal is to enhance independence and social skills through a variety of programs. For those who are not very good at interacting with people or who want to improve their communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity for personal growth. The results you can achieve will be very different depending on whether you approach it passively or proactively. Let's take an active role.
Learning Program
Shozan Mirai Juku

The Shozan Future Academy, held within Zozan Dormitory with a variety of programs, is part of career education. Guest speakers from various fields, including companies and local residents, are invited to engage in discussions with the dormitory residents, providing an opportunity for them to reflect on their own careers (ways of life) while learning about innovative thinking.
Service Learning
Through community service activities lasting three days or more, participants will cultivate civic responsibility and consider local issues. By proactively engaging with local people, they will develop civic skills. The program aims to enhance initiative and problem-solving abilities while addressing local needs.
Learning Peer Support

We have implemented a system where Resident Assistants (RAs) support first-year students academically. Many students feel anxious when they first enroll, as there are many things they don't understand, such as course selection and English Program for Global Mobility. Furthermore, RAs utilize their expertise to support students' studies, helping them develop good study habits.
Self-directed program
This is an independent program organized by the dormitory residents.
Through collaboration with Center for Social Innovation Initiatives and local communities, we will independently plan events and participate in community activities.
