Organizational Theory

Today's society cannot function without organizations. Therefore, it is essential to have a basic understanding of organizations, methods for managing them as a whole, and the ability to observe human behavior within organizations.
This course focuses on organizational theory and macro-organizational theory, and through lectures, exercises, and case studies, students will acquire essential knowledge and skills for future social life.

Leadership Theory

This course is taught by an instructor with practical experience in human resources training, product planning, and sales management at an international company.
This presentation will explain key topics such as the meaning of "leader" and "leadership," leadership styles, leadership in the business environment, and the current and future state of leadership, using explanations and examples that only someone with practical experience can provide.

Regional Industry Theory

This lecture series will examine representative regional and local industries both domestically and internationally that have survived through long histories, and discuss the factors that have supported their sustainability. The key elements of sustainability include "innovation," "human resource development mechanisms," and "trading systems." The lectures will explore the logic behind the development of these systems, using specific examples from regional industries in Japan, Europe, and Asia.

Global economics

This course will address unanswered questions about economic phenomena such as trade, international investment, economic development, and inequality, exploring them from various perspectives including environmental issues, pandemics, war, competition, productivity, and fairness through lectures and discussions. Student debates will also be held.
All materials, discussions, assignments, and operations will be conducted in English.
