Regarding manners when commuting to school

Regarding manners when commuting by bicycle, a local resident asked:

"It's spreading out horizontally and causing a nuisance."
"They're walking by talking loudly and it's annoying."
"They're going too fast, it's dangerous."

We receive complaints such as the following.
While many students follow proper etiquette, it's unfortunate that this kind of disruptive driving gives a bad impression of all students at the prefectural university.
Each student should be mindful of their responsibilities as a university student, improve basic cycling etiquette, and protect the local living environment.

- Do not block your ears with headphones or earphones.
Do not ignore traffic signals or stop signs.
- Do not spread out horizontally and run parallel to each other.
- Don't run while shouting.
• Observe safe speed limits.
