Department of Global Management Studies awards degrees to students who have acquired the following qualities and abilities and earned the required credits by completing the prescribed Professional Licensing Programs and Technical Training and General Education courses established to achieve its educational objectives.
1. Common
- Global wisdom, the ability to understand and communicate diverse values and different cultures, and the general knowledge to communicate effectively.
- Possessing rich humanity and a strong sense of ethics, the ability to autonomously set goals, and the leadership and logical discernment to achieve them through collaboration.
- Specialized knowledge and resilience to forge a path to the future and take on global challenges.
- The ability to think logically about the diverse challenges of modern society from a global perspective.
2 Global Business Course
- Possessing specialized knowledge to accurately grasp various challenges in corporate management, and the ability to manage and resolve those challenges.
3 Entrepreneurship Course
- The ability to have an awareness of social and local issues, discover new business opportunities, and plan business creation.
4. Public Management Course
- Possessing specialized knowledge of public management to accurately grasp the various issues facing local communities, and the ability to plan and formulate solutions to those issues.

Department of Food and Health Sciences offers a set of Professional Licensing Programs and Technical Training and General Education courses designed to achieve its educational objectives.
Upon completion of the program, students will acquire the following qualities and abilities in addition to the university's "fundamental bachelor's degree competencies," and will be awarded a degree upon those who have earned the required credits.

Department of Child Development and Education awards degrees to students who, by completing the prescribed Professional Licensing Programs and Technical Training and General Education courses established to achieve its educational objectives, acquire the following qualities and abilities in addition to the university's "foundational bachelor's degree competencies," and who have earned the prescribed credits.
- The ability to understand the specialized knowledge and logic that supports childcare and parenting, and to contribute that knowledge back to society.
- The ability to plan and implement a better childcare and parenting environment, taking into account the characteristics of the region and society.
- Possessing rich expressive abilities and sensitivity, and the ability to proactively solve problems and create new value.
- As a childcare provider, I will continue to learn and develop general skills such as problem identification, information gathering, analytical thinking, communication skills, and presentation skills to solve problems through collaboration with others.
